Valkyrie Consulting is led by Dominic Folino, a government relations and business development professional focused on financial services, fintech and digital assets.
Dominic founded the Pennsylvania Blockchain Coalition and helped launch the North American Blockchain Association, which he co-chairs. That work put him at the center of state level debates over how new financial technology should be regulated, taxed and used by government.
Before that, he worked at a leading financial services firm. Today he advises companies on legislative and regulatory strategy, coalition building, market entry and public sector sales, with a focus on helping clients act early where policy and opportunity are taking shape.
